ITEM: A classic round bangle of medium width with a matte or brushed finish is subtle yet obvious. With its width and size, it will not go un-noticed. It has a flat profile with smoothed edges.

PEDIGREE: I make all raw and finished materials and perform every step of the manufacturing process bar none. Literally, this piece has been nurtured from the atomic level.

The word handmade has a legal definition for jewelry. Unfortunately, most who use the term don't represent their items properly. Encourage integrity, honesty, and ethical behaviors by choosing your purchases wisely.

MATERIAL: My precious metals are reclaimed from existing sources by me, sparing the environment and natural resources. There are no unfair labor or acquisition tactics, conflict materials, unknown manufacturing processes, or support for foreign entities. Pure silver is one of the most hypoallergenic metals with natural anti-microbial and anti-viral properties.

CONSTRUCTION: The starting strip was cut from a sheet of solid silver and then TIG welded closed without solder. As such the seam is totally invisible. The hammered texture was applied and it was sent through the tumbler to polish it.

FINISH: More information here. The completed piece goes through the tumbler numerous times to polish and burnish it before any finish or texturing is applied. In this case, it has a hammered texture, what I would call a fine dimpling, and a polished appearance. The inside surface may have texturing marks from the forging process.

DIMENSIONS: The pictured example is 2-9/16" long and its price can be found in the dropdown box. This is a round bangle with a 2-9/16" outer diameter. The width of the band is about 3/8" and it is 1/16" thick.

SIZING AND FIT: This has been slightly work-hardened after welding to give it mnore structure though it can be shaped as desired. There is no clasp - it is a solid bracelet. Choose a size based on what you already wear or we can figure it out together.

PRESENTATION CASE: This will come in an unfinished wooden box with cotton or fabric lining. While not as beautiful as the full-fledged custom boxes accompanying my chainmail bracelets and necklaces, it is much more gift-worthy than even the most artistic cardboard boxes. I'll even make necklaces, belts, earrings, anklets...anything that uses a chain. It can be engraved or stamped with many font choices.

OTHER METALS: Any gold color or alloy is available in 10k, 14k, 18k, and more. Sterling silver is always a favorite though any silver alloy is possible. Except by special request, which delays production for a few weeks, no other metals are available besides silver and gold.

PRECISION ASSEMBLY: I reject anything that doesn't function properly. Only then does fashion become the deciding factor.
